(Maldives) Looking for an Assistant Director of Food & Beverage for a luxury hotel.

About the Role:
As an Assistant Director of Food & Beverage, you will be responsible to maintain the standards of quality, service and facilities for the overall smooth and economical running of the entire Food & Beverage department.

Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
• To take overall responsibility for Food & Beverage (F&B) department in the absence of the Director of F&B
• To oversee all training activities of the F&B department in conjunction with the Director of Learning & Development
• To review and control the weekly payroll and overtime sheets and monitor according to budget
• Controls and analyses: Quality levels of production and presentation, guest satisfaction, merchandising, operating, payroll and food cost, cleanliness, sanitation and hygiene.
• To assist the Director of F&B on reports, forecasts, budget, marketing plan, festivals and special promotions
• To interview candidates for F&B service vacancies.
• Keeping up to date with industry trends, systems and best practice.
 
Requirements:
• Previous work experience in luxury hotel required.
• An F&B specialist with a proven track record in Food and Beverage within hospitality industry.
• Experience in dealing with a multi-cultural workforce.

  • Basic Salary: USD 3,500 - 3,650 Monthly (Negotiable based on experience)
